Authority Magazine Features Eyeful Media in Article on How to Build a Supportive and Healthy Culture Dedicated to Wellness in a Remote Work Environment

Eyeful Media has been a remote digital marketing agency for the last five years. When the pandemic shifted many onsite and hybrid marketing agencies to brand new and unfamiliar environments, we already had systems in place to adapt and succeed. This headstart helped our team from a functionality standpoint and was a critical reason we could scale effectively. But the primary driver for our staggering success over the last few years has been our dedication to a healthy, supportive, and thriving work culture.

Supportive company cultures that foster health and wellness for employees can grow and flourish in a remote work environment. The only difference from the marketing agency life of old in some cases is that this roadmap to a healthy culture no longer has to include a ping pong table.

The teamwork, trust, and camaraderie that was once born during a pizza party on Friday can grow remotely. The key is to remain dedicated to caring for your employees and always putting culture first.

The numbers describing our growth at Eyeful are still a shock sometimes. For example, we earned an 1178% three-year growth rate and back-to-back spots on the Inc. 5000 list, and we are still growing. But what I’m most proud of is how our employees treat each other.

The way they talk to each other. The way they care for our clients. The passion we all have for giving back to charities that do great work in our community—the way we all take great pride in being a part of a unique and rare culture. I am very grateful to Karen Mangia of Authority Magazine for the opportunity to share this story about our culture in the article below.

Hopefully, some of the tools, strategies, and tactics we discussed in the article for how we built a supportive work culture in a remote environment can help your team too. Read the interview to learn about the types of things we are doing to help employees find balance.
